Guilt-Free Gourmet Pop-Up: a Farm-To-Feaster Dinner

This Thursday, join Chef Mya Zeronis for a three-course vegan, gluten-free pop-up meal.

The menu will feature :

  • Organic Heirloom Tomato,  Fresh Mint & Watermelon Salad drizzled with homemade maple balsamic herb vinaigrette and served with a vegan organic tofu cutlet;
  • Crowd-Pleasing Vegan Paella with asparagus, English peas, roasted patty pan squash, fire-roasted organic bell peppers, oyster mushrooms, baby artichokes, yams, vegan sausage, and much more; and
  • Beet & Coconut Sorbet.

While she cooks, Chef Mya invites you to play with her masticating juicer and an array of fruits and vegetables.  Coconut milk is available for design-your-own smoothies.

Tickets are $35 and available through eventbrite — BUT the next eight people to email Chef Mya through eventbrite can  bring a guest for free!  Two vegan dinners for the price of one!
