Guilt-Free Gourmet Pop-Up: a Farm-To-Feaster Dinner
This Thursday, join Chef Mya Zeronis for a three-course vegan, gluten-free pop-up meal.
- Organic Heirloom Tomato, Fresh Mint & Watermelon Salad drizzled with homemade maple balsamic herb vinaigrette and served with a vegan organic tofu cutlet;
- Crowd-Pleasing Vegan Paella with asparagus, English peas, roasted patty pan squash, fire-roasted organic bell peppers, oyster mushrooms, baby artichokes, yams, vegan sausage, and much more; and
- Beet & Coconut Sorbet.
While she cooks, Chef Mya invites you to play with her masticating juicer and an array of fruits and vegetables. Coconut milk is available for design-your-own smoothies.
