Better Bean Layer Dip
Ingredients:
14 oz tub of better beans (Refried Black Beans, Wholly Chipotle Bean Dip, or Rethought Red Beans)
12 oz tub of guacamole
8 oz tub of vegan sour cream (try Tofutti or make your own)
1 packet tack seasoning
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
1 small jar black olives
3-4 roma tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup vegan cheese (try Daiya peppperjack shreds)
1 bag of corn tortilla chips
Instructions:
Warm beans.
Combine sour cream with 1/2 packet taco seasoning.
Spread beans on 8×8 shallow casserole dish.
Next, spread seasoned sour cream over beans.
Sprinkle green onions and tomatoes.
Cover layers with grated Mexican cheese.
Enjoy with your favorite corn chips!
